PRIMARY GOAL = Working together to foster a supportive community of women at the intersection of science & fatih
The WISH Program aims to encourage and support Christian women in all disciplines through community, resourcing and elevating women's voices.
If you are a Christian woman working in a field related to either STEMM or theology/religious studies (TRS) - congratulations! You may already be a pioneer at the intersection of science and faith!
Our primary target groups include, but are not limited to:
> Female STEMM instructors doing faith-integration work at faith-based institutions
> Professional Christian women working in technical roles in industry, medicine, academia or government
> Female scholars, researchers and writers from various science & humanities disciplines working at the intersection of Science & Religion
> Female theologians, clergy and lay ministers
COMMUNITY = Building a community for women, by women
The WISH community is in its early stages of formation. Come be part of the process, and connect with other women who live and work at the intersection of STEMM or TRS fields and faith.
RESOURCES = Developing resources to support women at all stages of their careers
The WISH project is exploring the experiences, needs, and interests of Christian women in STEMM in order to build a community that is informed and resourced by and for women.
ELEVATING WOMEN'S VOICES = Empowering women to share their gifts and stories
The WISH Program encourages Christian women to engage more fully in STEMM pursuits. Access a collection of research and insights by women, and be inspired to express your own ideas.
